Our look back at Sephora.com this summer. Innisfree, Beauty of Joseon, Biodance and Aestura went from 6.5% of Sephora's skincare bestsellers to 13.7% in a year. Bath & Body was the one department that grew, and Fragrance had its smallest summer on our records.
Our look back at Ulta.com this summer. K-beauty skincare nearly doubled its share, from 2.1% to 3.9%. Fragrance lost 29% of its share, hair color hit its highest share of Hair on our records, and sponsored listings now make up 16% of what Ulta shoppers see in search, up from 10%.
Our look back at July through September on Amazon beauty. Medicube's share of bestsellers slipped from 12.3% in the spring to 10.6% while other Korean brands gained, Personal Care grew 13% on last summer, and Fragrance's share fell level with its 2023 low.
